01. Add the spaghetti to boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes (until al-dente), drain and set aside.
02. In a pan pour a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and once heated, add the tomato chilli paste. Add the fresh tomatoes and cook on medium heat until the tomatoes are soft.
03. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix to allow the sauce to cling to the spaghetti. Tear a handful of fresh basil leaves over the pasta in the pan and plate up. Grate a generous amount of Grana Padano over the pasta dish and enjoy!
