Luciano and Mickey were recently asked to share some of their favourite pasta dishes with the readers of Sunday Times Food Weekly. From Pasta Al Forno to Pasta Fagioli they took a trip down memory lane reliving some of their fondest childhood memories in the kitchen, with recipes from the north and south of Italy.

Their tip of the day –  the Italians use leftover pasta in a Frittata for breakfast.
